SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

By purchasing products from Nuetri, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed through the Platform are subject to order acceptance, product availability, and payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Nuetri reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment verification issues

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Operational constraints

  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, Users will be informed through the registered contact details provided during checkout.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be calculated at the time of checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

  • Applicable courier rates

  • Promotional offers or free shipping eligibility

The shipping charges shall form part of the final Transaction Amount payable by the User.

Nuetri reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote area accessibility

  • External operational disruptions

The delivery dates displayed on the Platform are estimates only and shall not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Nuetri shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Technical issues

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

 

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Nuetri may use third-party logistics and courier partners for order fulfillment and delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Tracking details may be shared with the User via email, SMS, or other communication methods

  • Delivery timelines shall depend on the respective courier partner

Nuetri shall not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, except as required under applicable laws.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Landmark details

  • Contact number

  • PIN code

Nuetri shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.

In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect details or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

 

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED DELIVERIES

If the product is received in a damaged, leaking, tampered, or defective condition, the User must:

  • Take clear photos/videos of:

    • The product

    • Outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Damaged area

  • Report the issue immediately upon delivery and within one (1) hour of receiving the order by emailing:

Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

All claims shall be subject to internal review and verification by Nuetri.

 

NON-DELIVERY OF ORDERS

If the User does not receive the order within seven (7) days from the estimated delivery date, the User must promptly contact us at:

Nuetri will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on operational policies.

If the order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts

Nuetri reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Deduct shipping and handling charges

  • Charge additional fees for re-shipment

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Nuetri may or may not offer international shipping depending on operational feasibility and applicable regulations.

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local fees may apply and shall be borne solely by the User.

Nuetri shall not be responsible for customs-related delays, restrictions, or additional charges imposed by authorities.

 

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Nuetri reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.

Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically before placing orders on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
